"An essential book to understand modern selling!"
I’ve read many sales books over the past 20 years and it’s rare I add one to my bag (as essential trading). But this one I have! 2 things stood out to me: 1) the easy to implement practical advise that makes sense straight away and 2) that it’s written by so many experts - giving a real sense that the book has been thoroughly researched and debated. Lastly Mattia Bruzzi is one of the authors - he is one of the most talented sales professionals I’ve met / been lucky enough to work with. Now, rather than pick up the phone for advice, I can simply dip into the book. Highly recommend.

"A sales revolution — incredibly relevant"
A wise and insightful book. I have worked in sales for two decades and whilst there have been many advances in sales methodologies such as SPIN, SNAP, challenger and more, there has been no real evolution in the structure of a sales team. The key word here being TEAM. This book describes how this can work, how a team with different skillsets and personality types can work together with a common goal. I know firms that without intent have taken this approach and it’s wonderful this book has finally been written. An important book for the innovative, almost brave sales leaders who are willing to discard the old ‘lone wolf’ sales models and commission structures to build something new..and let it be said..everyone will earn more money…

"An enjoyable and exciting book"
Today it is no longer possible to approach the world of sales individually. The complexity of corporate structures is such that only real teamwork can lead to success. An important feature of the book is to bring out, among the different aspects, this too. In providing examples, ideas… we are led on an ideal path that encourages us to better understand the world of sales. The idea that this can take place in a context of continuous rethinking is the other winning element that makes the group come out of an idea of staticity that is now outdated by time.
